Avis review in Queen Creek, Arizona: Flight Canceled ... Over 2hrs to change reservation

My flight was canceled and I called avis to tell them I would be arriving 4 hrs earlier and to update my reservation. I was told I had to talk to the Denver office because I had used points. Turns out Denver office never picks up the phone. Their phone tree has options that drop the call. The national agents couldn't do anything. Customer Server couldn't do anything.

Avis review in Kirkwall, Scotland: Cancelled within 15 minutes, still no refund after 14 days

I made a booking with AVIS after being misinformed about no more fees, only to see that there was non included fees within price after completing my booking... I then cancelled straight away and thought I won't bother with a car rental at all... I have now been on phone to Avis and my bank atleast 5 times only to be told each time that Avis do not have the money, and my bank states they need to release the money... getting nowhere and honestly feel like I have been robbed. This is all I can think of doing as calling doesn't seem to get me anywhere anymore. I want my money back ASAP, did not realise it would be this hard to get money back that I do not need to pay...

I would advise any and everyone not to use Avis Car Rental in Fayetteville, GA. They are the absolute worst. Their lack of customer service, unprofessionalism and behavior is terrible. These representatives are grown adults and their behavior was that of a 15 year old. They had a really bad attitude. They don't know how to treat customers.

Avis review: Was suppose to have a 8 seat suburban and got a 7 seat

I had spoke to someone twice for verification that I needed 8 seats for a trip. after I had to park my personal car in a lot and pay for it (which wasn't told to me ahead), then I had to shuttle a few minutes to airport to rental. agent called out o guys and they said it is 8 seats. go and drive it out of garage and low and behold it has 7 seats! then I was told that I could wait an hour and get an 8 seat. I was already late and now I had to tell one person they couldn't go on a family Christmas trip to Chicago.......horrible people

This place deserves 0 rating. Please do not rent from Avis. These sales guys are the worst, very rude, they hang up the phone on your face, refuse to help, are not at their desk half the time, the cars smell like p**p, dog/human hair, nasty smelling.
