I rented a car at the San Diego airport in May of 2016. Darnell my agent asked if I wanted extra insurance services.
I told him NO, he said that I needed to sign the screen to decline the offer.
In looking at my credit card statement a week later I find that they charged me for all of those services and more......PLEASE LOOK AT THE SCREEN AND READ THE CONTRACT BEFORE LEAVING THE AGENT COUNTER.......I called the company the other day and the agent gave me back 25% of the bill, not enough. Avis needs to be aware of their bait and switch employee tactics.
