Longest line at the pickup counter, only one rep helping customers, and in slo motion. Car was fine but left my camera in the car with all my vacation pictures in it. I am a cancer patient and this was a trip I had wanted to take for decades now all those pics are gone. Bummer. No luck with lost and found, their online request form I could not complete due to a system bug that would not recognize the state I picked up and dropped off in even though their menu offered theses selections . FRUSTRATING!!!!

Called Lost and Found, spoke to Jeanette in Albuquerque, where I rented, no

word back yet , been 5 days.

No more Avis for me. I thought going with a big name company everything would go smoothly. NOT. Quick to charge you add ons and slo on service.
