Avis - Left my personnel car Key/Fob on front seat

I travel frequently for business, and rent cars often. Booking through a third party usually gets me the best deal.
I use different companies, And I find Alamo has the best customer service and a nice section of vehicles. Customer Service with Avis is unremarkable.

I returned rental car early AM on the 26th of April. I have been trying to get in touch with them since noon of the same day!
I actually spoke to one Live person and she was of no assistance. I was told to go to their website and submit a claim there. The link they have for lost and found does not work. as of now 3 days later and after 3 emails two or three calls I have not heard back from them!
I am sure the Fob is gone now.
There customer service or wait their is no customer service! Any money I saved by renting with them I lost now as I am most likely going to cost a few hundred on a new Fob
