Never Avis Again
We had to wait over 40 minutes to get are Rental, when there was no else around. They had 3 workers, but they all had to use the same computer and still didn't even have the car ready.Then she asked if we order a booster and I said no I wanted a car seat, well the car seat wasn't in and we had to walk all the way back to the counter. Worst customer service ever and we won't be back.

I was charged THREE TIMES my original daily rate when I was unable to return the vehicle due flash flooding. Streets were CLOSED.

The amount of my credit card was deducted twice, once upon lease on 24/08/2018 and I was surprised today to deduct the amount again on 27/09/2018 after almost a month the amount was deducted again.
