I'm a Avis Preferred Member. My most recent rental was at the Detroit Metro location.
First my rental information was never sent to my phone. I had to go to the booth.
Second after a long wait they tired to give me a damaged car with a tire issue. I had to make a second visit and change cars.
Upon returning the car extremely early. 3 agents at the counter not one took the initiative to assist me.
After having to wait again two of the agents acknowledged me.
But they were no help even after getting assistance from the third agent.
I returned the car Full, I only put 43 miles on the car.
Due to the complete lack of customer service.
I requesting a full refund of my money and full credit of points added to my Preferred Member Account. CALL ME ASAP or I will file a complaint with the BBB.
