Avis Customer Care Review
Went to Avis at 11:45pm to see if we could get our car 8 hours early to avoid coming back to the SF airport. They would only do it if we agreed to pay another $240. We went back the next morning and th lines at the Avis counter were over an hour wait. All other major car companies were about 15 minutes. Will never rent from them again

Horrible experience. Waited 30 minutes for a shuttle then dropped off into a line 100 people long at the Avis rental center. Worst experience ever.

One of their rental cars,driven and covered by their insurance coverage hit my car and now Avis does not want to fix my car. You call and get stuck in foever phone land. The people in the regular stores know to ditch you if u call to inquire about coverage.
