We returned our vehicle with unused items, but not dirty trash, CAR WAS NOT SOILED!! I received a letter stating they were charging 150.00 to my credit card for trash. IT was unused items, Not dirty trash. The car WAS NOT SOILED!!

I will leave negative feedback and notify other customers and recommend them not to use Avis. We will never use Avis again, and we rent vehicles a few times a year.

They had already increased they level of car at the counter without my permission, causing an increase in cost. It was late at night, and I did not want to return to the counter with my 3 children and all our luggage, so we stayed with the vehicle; it also was the color I had requested it Not be.

Product or Service Mentioned: Avis Car Rental.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.

Avis Cons: Underhand costs applied, Poor customer service.

Hello, the exact same thing happened to us on the 10th of April at AVIS Phoenix airport !

What car did you have ?

They sent us pictures of the"mess" we did not do, did you get pictures ?

We also have 3 children...
