Awful company ripped off 260 pounds for damage I didn't do to car drivers window tiny glass chips u cant hardly see. No contact at all from company. Tried to complain terrible customer service. Never again will I use this company and I tell everyone I know not to use them. Bunch of cowboys

Went to Avis at 11:45pm to see if we could get our car 8 hours early to avoid coming back to the SF airport. They would only do it if we agreed to pay another $240. We went back the next morning and th lines at the Avis counter were over an hour wait. All other major car companies were about 15 minutes. Will never rent from them again

There is no reason why dropping off a car takes an hour! They always have one person working on weekends and the line is out the door. People have things to do. This is the second time this has happened. I will be moving my business to another company.
