Avis - Very bad poor service
On 4/16/18 no one has responded to my complaint by phone , customer service they keep hanging up the phone,the supervisor will not return any of my calls never rent there any more ,bad experience.
A car was rented and given back on the 24th march 2018 and up to now still didnot receive deposit back.Made numerous calls and an invoice gets email to me and no one knows when i will get the deposit back.Thay have a customer service department with inexperience people...Read more
Avis - Failure to provide car ready for service
Sent to car at Luxor in Las Vegas, car was dirty and littered. When started, icon of low pressure in tire lite up. Called roadside service and told I had to take car to McCarren Airport and get another car. I could not do that for time and distance needs. I drove car as tires stayed inflated, then had tire repaired when I had time. Avis will not reimburse me the $23.24 I spent. I will never rent from Avis again
Avis in Louisville, Kentucky - Hidden Charges
Never told it was .25c per mile after 120 miles. Cust svc says when ordered online it doesn't say that. -really why the heck not, so it was $57.24 more. Very disappointed with Avis more than likely will not rent any of their services.
Do not do business with Avis
Everything went wrong. The resevation where Avis charged my credor card 6 times, the line to get the car, and the condition of the car. Horrible service.

The attendant at the counter was so unprofessional and rude Las Angeles. I can’t believe it! Her exact words “ you’re 10 minutes late and if you get an attitude with me, I’ll charge you for an extra day!”
Avis - Totally the worst experience I have had Renting cars twice
The cars are in poor condition and the wait is ridiculous I can’t believe a car rental spot has so many problems after renting from Alamo for two years if it wasn’t such a hassle to get to the airport I would go their. I wouldn’t go to avis that’s for sure.

I rent a car from Avis at the Waterford international airport in Waterford mi on Feb 2, 2018 I return the car feb 27,2108 which is only three weeks the price to rent the car weekly is 237 and some change. So when I first change my acct I saw Avis had charge me 225 I was like ok well this morning when I change my acct they had charge me 1323.64 cent that I didn’t not authorized them to take. I would like a call and my money refund
