Prepaid my rental at Denver Co Airport location as we were flying in from NJ to go skiing. They were all out of cars in our class and we were forced to upgrade for more than twice the price. Customer service was no help at all and know exactly what to say in their defense. AVIS is a horrible company with no scruples and disgusting customer service.

THE WORST RENTAL CAR EXPERIENCE EVER .. I have made a car reservation through Priceline, and when I went to pick up the car in Riyadh,SA, they kept me waiting for more than an hour and a half, claiming that the price on the reservation was too low to rent the car for.
