They are the worst costumer service in the world. I travel for work and never will I ever do business with them .They are rude they give you the run around. They threaten you over the phone . It's a disgrace . I already prepared a lawsuit against them and I will not stop till this Erick West from collections gets fired. On the other side I don't believe they are all that unprofessional . I am charged twice for a rental car at the airport in SLC now I am being harasset by a gentleman named Erick West from the collection department . They have been harassing me for 2 months now and simply it's been the worst experience of my life BE AWARE THE ARE A SCAM AND THEY WILL GET YOU IF YOU DONT PAY ATTENTION TO THE DETAILS . AVIS at *** Airport (Croatia) very bad car condition. Car on pick up very filthy outside and inside : Scratches and dent all over the car. Was difficult found spot without dents and scratches. When asked about different car guy said have only one car!!!, Was Chevrolet laccetti, 5 years old with over 120k km on the clock. Car not registered on Avis. Have rented a car in Hannover at the airport and when I have returned it they have claimed a tiny dent on the passenger door handle and took an added 720 euros off my visa I am a single momamd don't know how to pay for it now! My mother has dementia and I had to visit her in Germany Add comment

We hired a car from Avis in Marriott hotel marble arch. We had a very approachable receptionist at first. When we come back and asking for help how to pay the congestion tax he said you can contact them and settle it for yourself... Which is not nice.. In the front of the receptionist I call the number they ask me what's the postcode of the area. I ask him, he said I don't know and he pointed out the reception of Marriott.. Is that a joke? I'm an experienced car renter who didn't catch the upcharge until I returned the car. The agent at the airport was completely unhelpful. I sent an email to a generic customer service address and did quickly receive a call from an agent who informed that this is a classic case of buyer beware! Really! He said it is the agents job to upsell cars in manner needed. For $20/day, $40 total Avis has lost a customer for life. I had reserved a mini van with avis for April 15 to April 18th, 2016 to be picked up at 12 noon on April 15th her ein Missouri City, Tx. They called to ask us if we were coming as we were running late , and we confirmed that we were. We got there at 12:45 only to find out they had no car. avis SUCKS!!! I took my 13 year old daughter to Florida for her winter vacation from school. I made a reservation with avis for a convertible to make the trip memorable for my daughter. When I got to the counter avis said that they had a luxury car me. A luxury car was not going to impress my daughter or make her vacation memorable. I told them that I didn't reserve a luxury car but had reserved a convertible.
